Dear Parents & Students,
This is my first official correspondence with all of you. So I would like to start it with a welcome note.
On behalf of Pinnacle Faculty Team (me, Vijayanand Sir & Vinod Sir) I welcome you all to Pinnacle 2014-16 Program. The aim of this entire program is to help students attain academic excellence and shape their future. Three of us firmly believe that Pinnacle program works best when there is synergy among faculty, students & their parents.
In order to maintain this synergy we have certain channels for communication which can be used as and when required.
1. Blog (http://physicsbyrohit.blogspot.in/) : Through this I will be regularly updating student's performance in Physics test, Phase Test, information regarding change in class timings, schedule, academic calendar, important notices, advise and tips for study and time management etc.
2. Mail (rohit.pardasani@fiitjee.com) : You can mail me if you have any "academic issues" with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Also you will be receiving results on mail for other subjects by our administrator Mr. Trambkeshwar Gawale.
3. Phone : If you want to meet me for a personal interaction, you can give me a call & we can fix a suitable time. I have already given my personal phone number to all students. In case I am not able to pick your call you can drop a message. I request you not to place calls for inquiry regarding time table and schedule as I will be updating it on blog or announcing it in class.
4. Personal Interaction : You can come to FIITJEE Centre for personal interaction after fixing an appointment with any of the faculty. To fix an appointment with Vijayanand Sir & Vinod Sir, you can call on their respective numbers.
5. PTM (Parents Teacher Meeting): After every Phase-Test students and parents are called for PTM to discuss performance of student. It is mandatory to attend all scheduled PTMs.
Having discussed all this, here is my first academic instruction for students :
Students, ensure that you come to the class with your assignment complete. Even after repeated instruction some students are not taking assignment/homework seriously. If you have some genuine reason for non-completion of assignment, come with a written application from your parents stating the reason for the same.
